The full trailer for Eli Roth’s The Green Inferno has crash-landed and leaves a group of student activists trapped in the middle of the Peruvian Amazon.
In theaters September 25th, the trailer gives us a taste of what’s so scary – being stranded in the middle of nowhere with a primitive tribe and no ability to communicate with them – and they’re not happy. The irony that these students were going to “help” only makes their conundrum even more hilarious.
Heading deep into The Green Inferno with Lorenza Izzo are Ariel Levy, Daryl Sabara and Kirby Bliss Blanton, who star in the pic that “follows a group of student activists who from New York City travel to the Amazon to protect a dying tribe, but crash in the jungle and are taken hostage by the very natives they saved.”
