In addition to sharing the first ever cast shot from Rogue One, and announcing the director of Star Wars IX, Disney and Lucasfilm released a D23 Expo exclusive poster for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, designed by the legendary Drew Struzan.
We’re heading 30 years after Return of the Jedi with Star Wars: The Force Awakens, in theaters December 18th, 2015.
Producers revealed they’ve seen the first cut of JJ Abrams’ Star Wars and are beyond excited (what else are they gonna say?).
The first film in a new trilogy features a cast including actors John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Academy Award winner Lupita Nyong’o, Gwendoline Christie, Crystal Clarke, Pip Andersen, Domhnall Gleeson, and Max von Sydow.
They will join the original stars of the saga, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker.
