New ‘Pride and Prejudice and Zombies’ Teaser Takes You Back To “Where It All Began”
A new teaser for the upcoming Victorian-era zombie action/romance film Pride and Prejudice and Zombies has been released and it’s aim is to show where everything began. The teaser explains, “It began with the black plague when the dead began to rise. Now they must bring the fight to them.” You can see teaser for yourself below.
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies focuses on the Bennett sisters – Elizabeth (Lily James), Lydia (Ellie Bamber), Mary (Millie Brady), Jane (Bella Heathcote), and Kitty (Suki Waterhouse) – several badass women who have been trained to brutally slay the undead.
The film, which also stars Sam Riley, Jack Huston, Douglas Booth, Matt Smith, Charles Dance and Lena Headey, waltzes its way into theaters February 5th, 2016.

Furiosa will release in theaters on May 24, 2024. The film will tell the origin story of the character Charlize Theron made famous in Fury Road, also directed by George Miller.
“As the world fell, young Furiosa is snatched from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a great Biker Horde led by the Warlord Dementus. Sweeping through the Wasteland they come across the Citadel presided over by the Immortan Joe. While the two Tyrants war for dominance, Furiosa must survive many trials as she puts together the means to find her way home.”
Chris Hemsworth co-stars as Warlord Dementus.
“Whereas Fury Road essentially happened over three days and two nights, this happens over many years,” Miller had teased during a press conference last year.
Miller is co-writing and directing the movie for Warner Bros.
Back in 2015, Mad Max: Fury Road grossed nearly $400 million worldwide at the box office and won SIX Oscars, while also scoring rave reviews nearly across the entire board.
Last we heard, Miller also intends on making sequels centered on Tom Hardy‘s Mad Max.
