AMC has started development on a TV adaptation for “NOS4A2“, a supernatural horror series based upon the novel by Joe Hill (Locke & Key, Horns), according to Deadline. As of now, they’re beginning their search for a writer to adapt Hill’s novel, which was nominated for the 2013 Bram Stoker Award for Best Novel, according to Wiki.

The synopsis of the book from Amazon reads:

Victoria McQueen has a secret gift for finding things: a misplaced bracelet, a missing photograph, answers to unanswerable questions. On her Raleigh Tuff Burner bike, she makes her way to a rickety covered bridge that, within moments, takes her wherever she needs to go, whether it’s across Massachusetts or across the country.

Charles Talent Manx has a way with children. He likes to take them for rides in his 1938 Rolls-Royce Wraith with the NOS4A2 vanity plate. Hill is a pretty hot commodity in Hollywood. His first book “Horns” was adapted into the 2014 feature length film of the same name by director Alexandre Aja. His second book, “Heart Shaped Boxed” is currently being developed by Warner Bros. and his comic series “Locke & Key” is being eyed as a potential TV series. By the way, if you haven’t read “Locke & Key”, I can’t recommend it enough. It’s absolutely fantastic.
