The Man at Arms: Reforged folk over at AWE me have released yet another awesome video, this time creating the “war fans”, Kitana’s weapon of choice in the Mortal Kombat games.
What becomes immediately apparent once the build is complete is that the weapons are much thicker than what we see in the game. The game weapon looks thin and graceful, allowing for speed and agility. The real deal, however, shows that this simply cannot be in real life. Form cannot take precedence over function, at least not when it comes to slicing and dicing things.
