Artist Matt Smith is a fan of, “…drinking coffee and listening to dreamy music“, which is the perfect combination for getting in the mood for “Twin Peaks“, the wonderful early 90’s murder/mystery show that spawned a legion of followers. And by using that inspiration, Smith painstakingly hand drew 60 characters from the show (originally done as 20 separate trios) and has combined them all onto a 12×18 print that is charming and absolutely delightful. Seriously, some of those characters are so damn cute it’s impossible to not crack a smile!
Showtime will be bringina new season of “Twin Peaks” to audiences in 2017. It’s expected to have 18 episodes, all of which will be directed by show co-creator David Lynch.
