Hulu will not allow Netflix and Amazon to leave them in the dust, and have kicked off 2016 with the awesome Stephen King adaptation “11.22.63” and has set “The Path” for March 30th.
The 10-episode series stars “Breaking Bad’s” Aaron Paul, Michelle Monaghan and “Hannibal’s” Hugh Dancy.
“ ‘The Path’ follows a family at the center of a controversial cult movement as they struggle with relationships, faith, and power. Each episode takes an in-depth look at the gravitational pull of belief and what it means to choose between the life we live and the life we want. The series blends elements of mystery-thriller, romance, and mysticism.”
I’ve seen the first episode and it’s quite dramatic, although it could go dark at any given point. The following trailer is absolutely phenomenal and looks to be yet another impressive production exclusive to Hulu.
“The Path” comes to Hulu from Universal Television and Jason Katim’s True Jack Productions and was created by Jessica Goldberg who writes and executive produces the series, along with Katims and Michelle Lee of True Jack Productions.
