We’re big fans of Perturbator on Bloody-Disgusting and it shouldn’t come to a surprise for anyone. His mix of synth-fueled adrenaline and horror/sci-fi electronica is nothing short of fantastic and it’s gotten me hyped and amped on more days than I can count.
That’s why we’re all really excited for the upcoming album The Uncanny Valley, which will be coming out May 6th via Blood Music. Featuring 13 tracks, we’re getting our first taste with a stream of the seventh track “She Moves Like a Knife”, which you can hear below.
Details on the formats the album will be released on comes directly from an official press release:
‘The Uncanny Valley’ will be released on vinyl (gatefold 2 x LP with printed inner sleeves and a special edition 3 x LP box set with 16-page graphic novel *more info to come*), CD (6 panel digipack or a 28-page 2-CD hardback graphic novel with silver foil stamped cover.) and digitally. Pre-order will be available early March.
Funny story: Both Blood Music and Perturbator have gotten strikes against their Facebook pages for the album artwork, which is admittedly NSFW. However, we’ll happily show it to you below! Enjoy!
