Krillbite’s indie horror game Among the Sleep is coming to retail shelves this summer, courtesy of Netherlands-based publisher SOEDESCO. The physical release has only been confirmed for PC and PS4, with no mention of whether or not the Xbox One will be getting one as well. The Xbox version was delayed last month because of a “technical issue between Unity and Xbox One,” though it’s not clear if that’s why the platform wasn’t included in the announcement.
Among the Sleep is a psychological horror game that released in 2014 following a wildly successful crowdfunding campaign which raised a quarter of a million dollars. In the two years since it’s come to the PlayStation 4, added Oculus Rift support, received free prologue DLC and replaced its dated tech with the Unity 5 engine.
Stay tuned — SOEDESCO promises to have a release date for us “later this spring.”
