The Halloween spirit was strong on WWE SmackDown last night.
Former NXT superstar Alexa Bliss, who was called up to the main WWE roster just a few short months ago, has already made a big splash on the grand stage, setting herself apart from the pack with unique outfits and a serious attitude that you just can’t help but love. In the wake of Suicide Squad, Bliss began dressing up as Harley Quinn for her in-ring battles, but she changed things up on this week’s episode of SmackDown, competing in an outfit that can best be described as “sexy Freddy Krueger.”
As teased on her Instagram account prior to the show, Bliss came to the ring wearing a torn up Freddy sweater and even her very own take on Krueger’s iconic glove, and her red and green wrestling outfit was decked out with the dream demon’s trademark slashes. Wrestling may not be a topic we often cover here on Bloody Disgusting, but when wrestlers dress up like Freddy Krueger or pay tribute to Leatherface, we notice and can’t help but talk about it.
