Young Sisters Adorably Recreate Iconic ‘Halloween 3’ Death Scene

Seven more days till Halloween…

One of the most remarkable things to ever happen here in the horror community has been the relatively recent embracing of oddball sequel Halloween 3: Season of the Witch, which was reviled for so many years that it began to feel like it would never find its audience. The franchise’s third installment, intended to kickstart a whole new series, tossed Michael Myers aside in favor of a villainous mask-maker named Conal Cochran, and here in 2016, it’s become so beloved that we can no longer even refer to it as underrated.

Some things just take time to catch on, is all.

Of course, the most memorable scene in Halloween 3 sees Cochran test out one of his killer masks on a little boy, whose head is gruesomely melted into a pile of bug and snakes. Basically, a chip on the back of the mask activates when the Silver Shamrock Halloween commercial is played, and whoever is wearing a mask at the time is, well, totally screwed.

Two young sisters just took it upon themselves to recreate that memorably disturbing scene, and since their video brought such a smile to my face, I wanted to share it with you today. It’s crazy to think that Halloween 3 has become so popular that kids not even born when it was released are intimately familiar with it… who would’ve thought?!
