[Poll] We Want YOU To Choose the Best Christmas Horror Movie Ever Made!

Published

on

We could tell you what we think, but we want to know what YOU think.

An overwhelming number of Christmas-themed horror movies have been released over the years, and a surprising number of them have actually been really good. There’s of course Bob Clark’s Black Christmas, which helped kick-start the whole slasher sub-genre, and gems like Silent Night, Deadly Night, Christmas Evil, and Gremlins subsequently went on to confirm that the happiest holiday on the calendar and the scariest genre in cinema go real well together. Who knew?!

But what’s the very best Christmas horror movie of all time? Is it Black Christmas? Or maybe it’s Michael Dougherty’s Krampus, one of the newest additions to the ho-ho-horror sub-genre. Or perhaps it’s a different film entirely. These sorts of questions are of course totally dependent on personal tastes, but we figured that put by putting all of our tastes together and letting all of those films engage in a battle to the death, we could come out the other end with one sole survivor: the ultimate, best ever Christmas horror movie… chosen by you, the Bloody Disgusting readers.

Sounds fun, doesn’t it?!

Below you’ll find a poll that lists off all of the Christmas horror movies we could think of, and we want you to place a vote for your personal favorite. We’re only allowing one vote per person, and if your favorite holiday horror film isn’t on the list, you can write in your own pick. Also feel free to drop us a comment below the poll and let us know why you voted for the movie you voted for.

One week from today, we will post the full results right here on the site!
