‘Phantasm’ 5-Film Blu-ray Box Set Coming Stateside in March!
It was promised. And it’s being delivered.
Last week, Arrow Video announced that they’d be bringing the entire Phantasm franchise to Blu-ray this coming April… in the United Kingdom. Of course, anyone with a Region Free player can get any release from around the world, but many fans were left wondering if the series would be getting a similar release in the United States. Today we’re happy to report that yes, it’s coming.
Well Go USA will be releasing the entire Phantasm collection on Blu-ray March 28th, which will mark the first time Phantasm 3: Lord of the Dead and Phantasm 4: Oblivion have ever been released on Blu-ray. The set, now available for pre-order with a price tag of $79.98, is a six-disc affair, and though we don’t yet have any images to share, we do have the first details.

When best friends Glen (Stephen Dorff) and Terry (Louis Tripp) stumble across a mysterious crystalline rock in Glen’s backyard, they quickly dig up the newly sodden lawn searching for more precious stones. Instead, they unearth The Gate — an underground chamber of terrifying demonic evil. The teenagers soon understand what evil they’ve released as they are overcome with an assortment of horrific experiences. With fiendish followers invading suburbia, it’s now up to the kids to discover the secret that can lock The Gate forever . . . if it’s not too late.
If you’ve never seen The Gate, it’s now streaming on Prime Video and Tubi.
