With his tiny arms and mega-long tail, the Shin Godzilla iteration of the Big G was initially criticized by many; but having now seen the film for myself, I can say that this latest version of Godzilla looked totally badass up on the big screen. Designed by Mahiro Maeda, the new Godzilla was brought to life through a combination of puppets, animatronics, and digital effects.
Soon, you will be able to own a small-scale version of Godzilla 2016!
Toy company NECA just unveiled their hotly-anticipated Shin Godzilla action figure, which measures 6″ tall and 12″ long from head to tail. Speaking of the tail, its articulated, and the incredible toy features over 30 other points of articulation. Last year’s blockbuster film featured perhaps the most terrifying Godzilla to date, and NECA’s figure certainly does the beast justice.
