Missed it during the Super Bowl? We’ve got you covered!
Well, it looks like the hotly-anticipated second season of “Stranger Things” will hit Netflix on Halloween, which is simply perfect. The 30-second teaser trailer for the new season just premiered during the Super Bowl, and as promised, we chained ourselves to the computer to make sure we got it up as soon as possible. Because we love this series. More importantly, we love YOU!
What can we glean about Season 2 from the brief spot? Well, for starters, it looks like a brand new monster will soon be arriving in Hawkins, Indiana. The Demogorgon may be dead, but he clearly wasn’t the only otherworldly threat that Mike and the gang have to worry about. As for Will Byers, he’s not out of the woodwork yet. He’s home, but the Upside Down isn’t done with him yet.

Confirmed to appear in the second season are Sean Astin, Paul Reiser, Brett Gelman, Linnea Berthelsen, Dacre Montgomery, Rob Morgan, and Sadie Sink. They join the returning Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Natalia Dyer, and Charlie Heaton.
The season is set one year after the events of the first season.
