Fright Rags is re-animating the art of the ’80s trading card.
Remember back in the day when horror movies spawned trading cards? Films like Alien, Jaws 3-D, Hellraiser, and Jason Goes to Hell had their own, and all your favorite ’80s gems were collected together in Topps’ Fright Flicks line. Fright Rags, known for their incredible t-shirts, is now paying tribute to Fright Flicks with trading card sets of their own. First up? Re-Animator!
With a pre-order launching at 10am EST on Wednesday, March 1st, the Re-Animator wax pack series is period-authentic right down to tiny details; the package art is reminiscent of the aforementioned Fright Flicks packages, and the cards feature screen grabs on front and fun trivia/games on back. You’ll be able to grab individual packs, sealed boxes, and factory boxes.
