The world is not that terrible of a place when you consider that you can walk into Toys R Us and walk out with a Bruce Campbell toy under your arm. I did just that the other day, when I found Funko’s recently released “Ash vs. Evil Dead” POP! vinyl toys at my local store. The first wave included Ash, Pablo, Kelly and Ruby, and a new exclusive variant was just unveiled.

Exclusively available through Entertainment Earth and set to begin shipping in April, the variant Ash POP! toy is splattered with blood, presumably from a recent encounter with a Deadite. Just like the standard version of the toy, Ash is carrying his boomstick and he’s rocking his chainsaw hand. Actually, it’s the same exact toy as the one already released… only way bloodier.

Things are about to get bloody as Ash battles the evil dead. With a chainsaw hand, Bruce Campbell returns to his Army of Darkness roots as Ashley “Ash” J. Williams in the Starz’s series Ash vs Evil Dead. As if Ash in Pop! Vinyl form wasn’t cool enough, this exclusive version features the character splattered in a fresh layer of blood from a recent battle with the baddies!
