Thirty years later, the Cenobites are coming back together.

With Clive Barker’s classic horror film turning 30 this year, there’s a lot of fun stuff currently going on in the world of Hellraiser. For starters, brand new sequel Hellraiser: Judgment is headed our way real soon, and as we reported yesterday, Barker himself just helped redesign Pinhead for a special makeup demo at Monsterpalooza this past weekend. If you’re a Hellraiser fan, you’ll also want to keep your eye on the upcoming short The Offer, due out this year.

Set for release on August 1st via Dead Mouse Productions and Cult Screenings UK, The Offer reunites five stars of the original Hellraiser franchise for a brand new tale of horror. The cast includes Kenneth Cranham (Channard), Barbie Wilde (Female Cenobite), Oliver Smith (Frank Cotton/Mr Browning), Simon Bamford (Butterball), and Nicholas Vince (Chatterer).

Furthermore, the film features effects by Stuart Conran (Hellraiser & Hellraiser 2)!

In the short, directed by Chris Griffiths and Gary Smart…

Seven strangers are invited to a house to partake in a game to win £10,000,000. Only when they arrive do they realize that they are trapped in the battle to the death by the mysterious Host. Some offer’s are too good to be good!
