We were incredibly excited to exclusively reveal the first look at NECA’s upcoming Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3 figure ahead of Toy Fair this past February – set for release this summer, it’s actually the very first toy of the third installment’s Leatherface that will ever be released. And today we’re just as excited to show off the toy’s kickass package art!
NECA tweeted out Jason Edmiston’s incredible art just about an hour ago, and you can find it below along with full info and some new images of the retro-style figure itself.
From the 1990 film billed as the “most controversial horror film ever,” Leatherface stands 8” tall and is fully poseable. True to the movie, the blade of his chainsaw is inscribed “The Saw Is Family” and he wears a leg brace. Comes in blister packaging with resealable protective clamshell.
