We’ve Got Some New Images from Spike’s “The Mist”
I must admit, I wasn’t very excited about Spike’s upcoming series “The Mist” in the wake of the first trailer. But after last night’s new one, which is WAY better, I’m totally on board.
Can’t wait until June? Want more? We’ve got some new images from the King-adapted series for ya today, which are light on gore and creatures but rich with atmosphere and dread.

A small town family is torn apart by a brutal crime. As they deal with the fallout, an eerie mist rolls in, suddenly cutting them off from the rest of the world and, in some cases, each other. Family, friends and adversaries become strange bedfellows, battling the mysterious mist and its threats, fighting to maintain morality and sanity as the rules of society break down.

The ten-episode first season of “The Mist” premieres Thursday, June 22nd on Spike.

The sci-fi thriller heads to Digital and VOD on July 10, 2026.

The film comes from writer-director William Woods and stars Constance Wu, Mark O’Brien, William Fichtner, Callista Crowe, Isaac Smelcer-Zhang, Oscar Hsu, and Murray Furrow.
Maddy Falle, Albert Shin, and Allison White produce. Executive producers include Rob McGillivray, Ben Stranahan, Tom Spriggs, John Hansen III, Patrick Vipond, Jared Blaichman, Jonah Blaichman, and Randall Okita.
