Here’s Every Stephen King Cameo in a King Adaptation!

This machine just called me an asshole!

Countless Stephen King stories have been brought to screens both big and small over the years, with countless more currently on the way, and many of them share one thing in common: cameos from the King himself!

Dating back to 1982’s Creepshow, wherein King played the main character in one of the George Romero-directed segments, King has been making fun appearances in adaptations of his own work for many years now – and now that King adaptations are once again the hottest thing in town, we expect that we haven’t seen the last of those cameos. In fact, it’s already been confirmed that King will pop up in the TV series “Mr. Mercedes,” headed to the AT&T Audience Network on August 9th!

From playing a minister in Pet Sematary to the ghost of a band conductor (whose name happens to be Gage Creed!) in “The Shining” mini-series, we wanted to put together all of Stephen King’s cameos in adaptations of his own work from the early 1980s straight through to the present day.
