It’s impossible to know what to expect from director Amat Escalante’s The Untamed, which centers on a mysterious creature that is said to be a source of both pleasure and destruction. You wouldn’t even initially gather that’s what the movie is about from the official trailer, which takes its sweet time showing us our first glimpse of… whatever the hell said creature is.
