Danielle Harris Heads to ‘Camp Cold Brook’ With Chad Michael Murray

Published

Joe Dante (Gremlins, so much great stuff) is attached to produce!

It’s pretty awesome that Danielle Harris, who of course got her start as a child star in the Halloween franchise, is still kicking ass in the horror genre to this day. What’s next from her? Deadline reports today that Harris and Chad Michael Murray (House of Wax) will star in Camp Cold Brook, a new film from The Funhouse Massacre director Andy Palmer.

In the film, currently in production…

Murray stars as reality TV producer and host Jack Wilson, who finds himself in a tough spot when his show is about to be cancelled. In a last ditch effort to spark ratings, he and his producer Angela (Harris) choose to film their next episode at the legendary Camp Cold Brook, which was host to a horrific incident where the young campers were drowned in a nearby creek 20 years ago. Their arrival begins like any other episode… but the TV crew find that they get more than they bargained for.

Petri Entertainment’s Warner Davis is also producing, along with Mark Alan, Jason Van Eman and Ross Marroso. Alex Carl wrote the screenplay.

Writer in the horror community since 2008. Editor in Chief of Bloody Disgusting. Owns Eli Roth's prop corpse from Piranha 3D. Has four awesome cats. Still plays with toys.
