Sony has been ramping up the publicity for its upcoming post-apocalyptic open-world game Days Gone recently, and the latest bit of showcasing sees another trailer for the game, this time focusing on the story.
The trailer, revealed during PlayStation’s State of Play video, sees protagonist Deacon St. John on the search for his wife in a world now infested with a flesh-eating horde known as ‘Freakers’. He does this mainly by straight up setting them on fire, shooting them, battering them with baseball bats, and generally pottering about on his motorcycle looking moody.
Days Gone is the first big-budget game from Sony Bend Studio, and is coming exclusively to PS4 on April 26 after suffering a short delay.
