PlayStation’s new State of Play show had its second outing today and at the forefront of the brief set of announcements was footage of the long-awaited MediEvil remake and the latest Monster Hunter World expansion. Oh and a new Predator multiplayer game!
The show kicked off with the reveal of the new snowbound Monster Hunter World expansion called Iceborne which is coming June 9.
MediEvil got announced as being available from October 25, the footage was a bit choppy, but still time for that to improve.
Illfonic revealed Predator: Hunting Grounds, an asymmetric multiplayer game set to arrive in 2020. Not much footage was shown, but it’s an exciting prospect from the team behind the Friday the 13th game (hopefully this one will have a smoother launch and less legal issues).
Also on the show was frantic co-op dungeon crawler Riverbond, which heads to the PS Store this Summer. Away was another new game, which sees you play as animals surviving natural disasters.
