Corin Hardy’s The Nun may have been a rated “R” horror movie, but that doesn’t mean the terrifying character doesn’t have her younger fans. A 3-year-old girl named Lucia, on that note, has gone viral this week for requesting a birthday party with a Nun theme, and her cousin Andrea has let the world know that the little girl’s family delivered on the request!
“So it was my cousin’s 3rd birthday and instead of having a normal theme she chose this,” @dreeaaxo_ tweeted. She later added, “Her friends also participated in the theme.”
After seeing the viral tweet, Buzzfeed reached out to Andrea, who explained that her little cousin saw the movie at her grandmother’s house and had been begging her mom to use the film as inspiration for her upcoming birthday party. Her mom obliged, whipping up a Nun-themed cake and hand-made decoration. And Lucia, well, she dressed up as Valak.
