Bloody Disgusting at Midsummer Scream 2026 – ‘Victorian Psycho’ Immersive Photo Op, Giveaways, Goodies, and Guests

As Summerween sweats into spooky season, there’s no better segue than Midsummer Scream.

This weekend, thousands upon thousands of fans will evade the California sun for three days of shadowy arts inside the Long Beach Convention Center. From vendors to panels, haunted houses to photo ops, Midsummer has become the crossroads institution for all things creepy, which is why Bloody Disgusting will be right there in the muck and the madness.

From Friday, August 7th to Sunday, August 9th, fans can stop by Booth 592 to meet many of the minds that make up your favorite horror brand. Specifically, the voices behind BloodyFM blockbusters like The Antiquarium of Sinister Happenings, Scare You to Sleep, 7Lamb Podcasts, Mayfair Watchers Society, The Losers’ Club, Halloweenies, and The Lady Killers.

Stop by to meet the staff, grab a trick or treat bag filled with goodies, and even pick up exclusive merchandise. We’ll also have killer photo ops, free podcast merch, and a number of Halloween giveaways courtesy of Street Food Cinema. In fact, they have a couple creepers stopping by — including Remmick, who will be back for this October’s outdoor screening of Sinners.

That’s not all! In partnership with Bleecker Street, Bloody Disgusting and The Mystic Museum will be hosting an immersive and interactive photo op for Victorian Psycho, due in theaters November 13th. That all goes down at Booth 553, where the Mystic will also be promoting their forthcoming haunts for the season. Be sure to stop by and get a physical photo to take home with you!

Midsummer Scream is the world’s largest Halloween and Horror Convention, often described as Southern California’s kick-off of the Halloween season. The event features previews from local haunted attractions and Halloween events of their fall plans, celebrity guests from the worlds of spooky and horror film, TV, and video games, hundreds of vendors to shop from, and live entertainment across multiple stages, and the Hall of Shadows: a massive hall filled with haunted walk-thrus and displays set up just for the weekend, showcasing the talents of SoCal’s best pro and home haunters.
