Round 1
Official Rules – Bloody Disgusting + Ready or Not 2 NES Classic Giveaway

1. Sponsor
This Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Cineverse Entertainment Corp., 2355 Westwood Blvd #779, Los Angeles, CA 90064, USA (“Sponsor” or “Administrator”)
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
3. How to Enter
To enter, visit the Bloody Disgusting Mobile App – Ready or Not Mobile Experience during the Giveaway Period and complete the online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by automated means will be disqualified. Not responsible for Internet access or mobile carriage fees charged by your provider. Must have a valid email address.
4. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 9:00 am PT March 16, 2026, and ends at 12:00 pm PT March 16, 2026, (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.
5. Prizes
A randomly selected winner will receive one (1) NES Classic (approximate retail value: $275).
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Drawing will be conducted within 5 days after the Giveaway ends. Winners will be notified by email and must respond within five (5) days, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
7. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or permission unless prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or unauthorized human intervention. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and agents from any liability arising out of participation or prize acceptance.
10. Privacy

11. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
