I love seeing people do creative work that stands out, work that makes me stop in my tracks and take the time to really admire it. Such is the work of Justin Christensen, the self-described “Scroll Saw Scribbler”.
What Justin does is use only handmade tools to create unique crafted wood carvings, many using multiple woods to create different colors and effects. He states that he does not use any laser cutters of CNC machines, preferring to use only his scroll saw. Below is a gallery of some of his works, including Ghostbusters, Hellboy, a fantastic Pac-Man scene, and a zombie that looks like it’s right out of a Walking Dead comic.
