Right from the very beginning of her career as a child star, Christina Ricci forever immortalized herself as a beloved figure in the horror world thanks to her portrayal of Wednesday Addams in both 1991’s The Addams Family and 1993’s Addams Family Values, a character she made into a total icon. Ricci later built up her horror cred even further with films like Tim Burton’s Sleepy Hollow and most recently, “The Lizzie Borden Chronicles,” wherein she played Lizzie Borden.
Point being, Christina Ricci is a perfect guest for the horror convention scene, though I can’t say I’ve ever seen her take part in one throughout the many years I’ve been attending cons and paying close attention to the scene. Which is why it’s so awesome that HorrorHound Weekend just announced that Ricci will be attending their event this coming March!
