‘Together’ Forever – Propose at a Movie Theater and Neon Might Pay for Your Las Vegas Wedding
Real-life spouses Alison Brie and Dave Franco have created a one-in-a-lifetime opportunity for lovers who want to be together… forever.
Propose to your significant other at a movie theater when Together opens on July 30, and one lucky couple will win an all-expenses-paid Las Vegas wedding courtesy of distributor Neon.
Film your proposal — “The crazier, the better,” Franco says — and post it on Instagram by August 3 with the caption “TOGETHER FOREVER. #TogetherContest” to be entered.
Submissions will be judged based on creativity of how the movie’s theme is incorporated, video quality, and emotion/authenticity. Full details can be found on Neon’s website.
Bloody Disgusting is teaming with Neon to bring Together to 14 major cities across the country this Monday, July 21, for advance screenings. Get your free tickets now.
Brie and Franco star in the cosmic body horror film alongside Damon Herriman, Sunny S. Walia, Jack Kenny, and Mia Morrissey.
Years into their relationship, Tim and Millie find themselves at a crossroads as they move to the country, abandoning all that is familiar in their lives except each other. With tensions already flaring, a nightmarish encounter with a mysterious, unnatural foe threatens to corrupt their lives, their love, and their flesh.
Writer-director Michael Shanks makes his feature debut on the movie, which currently has a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
Meagan Navarro wrote in her review out of Sundance, “Its unique blend of awkward romantic dramedy and cosmic body horror yields no shortage of crowd-pleasing moments and horror freakouts that left the rowdy Sundance audience laughing and screaming in equal measure.”
