All work and no play? Nah. What fun is that?!
There are some horror classics that just never got much love on the collectibles front over the years, and Stanley Kubrick’s The Shining is unfortunately one of them. Not long ago, Funko added Jack Torrance to their “Mystery Minis” line of vinyl toys, and now we’re excited to report that he and his family are joining the POP! collection!
PopVinyls.com revealed today that Funko’s POP! movie collection will soon expand to include Jack Torrance, Wendy Torrance and Danny Torrance. Jack is of course armed with his trusty axe, while Wendy and Danny each carry a kitchen knife. You may also notice that Danny is holding a tube of lipstick in his other hand, which he of course used to write “REDRUM” on one of the Overlook’s doors.
There’s even a “Frozen Jack” chase variant, a 1-in-6 rarity, and a Target Exclusive 2-pack of the Grady Twins, which also has a rare chase variant!
Look for them in August.
