This Exceptional ‘Judge Dredd’ Statue IS the Law!

Published

on

Judge Dredd first appeared in the pages of British comics magazine 2000AD in 1977 and has appeared in nearly every issue since.

Dredd’s reality is a dystopian America where much of the landscape has been devastated by war. The remaining population resides in Mega City One, a megalopolis situated along the eastern seaboard. An incredibly dense population and sky-high unemployment rate make Mega City One a breeding ground for criminals and psychopaths. The madmen dwelling inside the city walls are nothing compared to the mutated terrors running wild in the Cursed Earth outside them. No normal police force could hold the peace in such a world, that’s where The Judge System come in.

The Judges act as Judge, Jury and Executioner, doling out harsh sentences right on the street, and no one does it better than Judge Dredd.

Now, PCS pays tribute to Mega City One’s most recognizable lawman with the biggest Judge Dredd statue they’ve ever produced. Standing almost 28 inches tall, this 1/3 scale collectible was sculpted using a mix of digital and traditional sculpting techniques to bring Dredd to life as only PCS Collectibles can.

The PCS Exclusive ‘Cursed Earth’ edition will feature a swap out portrait and a real fabric Radiation Cloak.

‘Scary Movie’ Official Popcorn Bucket Is Shaped Like a Retro ’90s Telephone

Published

on

The official social media accounts for Scary Movie had recently teased a bong-shaped popcorn bucket, but unfortunately it seems that was just a gag. The actual official Scary Movie popcorn bucket has been revealed by Discussing Film this afternoon, and it’s a bit more practical.

The actual Scary Movie popcorn bucket you’ll be able to get in theaters is shaped like an old school phone, as seen in Wes Craven’s Scream as well as the original Scary Movie in 2000.

The Scary Movie Phone Popcorn Bucket glows in the dark, and it’s emblazoned with “WAZZUP!” on the side, a reference to a memorable moment from the 2000 movie.

A phone number has been set up as part of the movie’s marketing campaign this week, allowing you to call Marlon Wayans’ Shorty for a fun spoof of the retro Moviefone experience.

Call Shorty now at: (855) WAZ-ZZUP

Hitting theaters June 5, 2026Scary Movie has been Rated ‘R’ for “crude sexual content, graphic nudity, strong violence, and drug content and language throughout.”

Marlon Wayans (“Shorty”), Shawn Wayans (“Ray”), Anna Faris (“Cindy”), and Regina Hall (“Brenda”) reunite for the new Scary Movie, with the cast also including Dave Sheridan, Lochlyn Munro, Cheri Oteri, Chris Elliott, Jon Abrahams, Damon Wayans Jr., Gregg Wayans, Kim Wayans, Benny Zielke, Cameron Scott Roberts, Heidi Gardner, Olivia Rose Keegan, Ruby Snowber, Savannah Lee Nassif, Sydney Park, and Felissa Rose.

Twenty-six years after outrunning a suspiciously familiar masked killer (“Ghostface”), the Core Four are back in the killer’s crosshairs and no horror movie IP is safe…

Scary Movie will slash through reboots, remakes, requels, prequels, sequels, spin-offs, elevated horror, origin stories, anything with the word legacy in it, and every “final chapter” that absolutely isn’t. A whole lot has changed in the horror genre since the Wayans Brothers were in charge of the franchise; their involvement ended with Scary Movie 2 back in 2001!

Michael Tiddes (A Haunted House) directs Scary Movie 6 from a script written by Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans, original Scary Movie director Keenen Ivory WayansCraig Wayans (Scary Movie 2), and Rick Alvarez (A Haunted House).
