We’ve caught brief glimpses of the terrifying Indoraptor from this summer’s Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom in the various trailers, but the marketing has thus far been keeping the new hybrid villain in the dark. So what do we know about the Indoraptor?
Via Jurassic Wiki, “The Indoraptor bears an eerie but powerful similitude appearance of the Indominus rex, but is 75% the size, sports toe claws similar to Velociraptor, and is primarily a black color, with an orange/yellow streak from the base of the neck to the tail, which bears strong resemblance to Blue‘s metallic blue streak.”
Our first real, full-body look at the Indoraptor came courtesy of the ongoing Toy Fair over the weekend, where Mattel is on hand showing off all of their upcoming JW: Fallen Kingdom toys. On display is an action figure of the Indoraptor, and goddamn is he cool, looking like a normal Velociraptor overtaken by the Venom symbiote.
Thanks to Toy Ark for the below images.
