Someone Made an “Unsolved Mysteries” Action Figure and We Need It

“Unsolved Mysteries” has had something of a resurgence in the past year, thanks to both Amazon Prime and Hulu adding tons of episodes to their platforms. Over on Amazon Prime, you can currently watch a whopping 12 seasons of the original iteration of “Unsolved Mysteries,” while Hulu currently has 65 episodes up for viewing.

Host Robert Stack, with his steely demeanor and chilling voice, still haunts my nightmares to this day, and wouldn’t ya know it, he’s just been turned into a toy!

Toy customizer Danobanano just custom-made his own retro-style Robert Stack action figure, housed inside of “Unsolved Mysteries” branded packaging.

“If I had a dollar for every person that requested I make an Unsolved Mysteries action figure, I’d be sitting on roughly zero dollars,” he says. “But I’ve reeeeelly wanted to use this tiny trench coat for a long time so something had to be made.”

“Unsolved Mysteries,” which premiered in 1987, used re-enactments and interviews to retell the circumstances of, well, mysteries that were (at the time) unsolved. The series covered crimes, tales of lost love, unexplained history and paranormal events.
