In the wake of releasing a screen-accurate life-size replica of the classic Good Guys doll, Trick or Treat Studios is now turning their attention to Seed of Chucky, recently putting the ultimate replica of that movie’s doll up for fan-funding through Kickstarter. And it didn’t take long for the fund to smash its goal; with 19 days left, it’s well over 100% funded!
As of this writing, over $180,000 has been raised to make the doll a reality!
The Officially Licensed One-To-One Scale Seed of Chucky Doll is the most screen accurate “Scarred Chucky” doll ever produced. Why? Because every detail of this doll is made from actual screen used molds and the clothing was replicated using screen used swatches.
Trick or Treat explains in further detail, “The production molds for the Doll were made from the actual screen used Seed of Chucky Doll Master Molds and the Paint Master was made directly from the insane hands of Tony Gardner, making this the most screen accurate Scarred Chucky Doll ever produced and made available to the public. The Doll stand 30″ tall.”
You still have 19 days to grab one, with pledges starting at $600. Granted, you can pledge any amount you want, but if you actually want the doll, you’ll have to kick in at least $600.
