Shudder‘s “Creepshow” premieres this week (Thursday, September 26), and Funko has announced ahead of the first episode that they’ve turned the show’s host into a POP! vinyl toy!
Coming soon, the toy is based on Greg Nicotero’s redesign for the iconic “Creep”!
New episodes of “Creepshow” will premiere weekly, with the finale on Halloween night.
In the premiere (read Meagan’s review), the two stories are:
“Gray Matter”
- Story by Stephen King, adapted by Byron Willinger and Philip de Blasi
- Directed by Greg Nicotero
Doc and Chief, two old-timers in a small, dying town, brave a storm to check on Richie, an alcoholic single father, after encountering his terrified son at the local convenience store.
“Gray Matter” stars Giancarlo Esposito, Tobin Bell and Adrienne Barbeau and is adapted from a story originally published in Stephen King’s 1978 bestselling collection, Night Shift.
“The House of the Head”
