The original plan for Joe Dante’s Gremlins was that the lovable Gizmo was going to turn into the movie’s villain, but it was producer Steven Spielberg who decided that it was a much better idea to keep Gizmo the hero and instead create a separate villain named Stripe. But what if Gizmo had been turned into a nasty little Gremlin, as originally intended in the script?
Well, FYE and Funko just partnered up to imagine that alternate reality with an FYE Exclusive “Gizmo as a Gremlin” set, which includes a POP! vinyl toy from Funko and a t-shirt!
