Funkoween: Funko’s Final Day Reveals Include ‘Beetlejuice,’ Universal Monsters and Stephen King Toys
Today is the final day of “Funkoween in May,” a week-long celebration that has seen Funko reveal a whole bunch of upcoming horror toys. We realize some of you guys couldn’t care less about Funko toys and have been annoyed by the various “Funkoween” articles we’ve run this week – we see you, we hear you, and that’s why we’re rounding up the day’s reveals into one post rather than multiple posts – so you’ll be glad to hear this is the last one for the week.
For those who do care – we see you, we hear you and we’re writing these articles for you – Funko’s final day reveals include new Beetlejuice, Universal Monsters and Stephen King toys.
First up, Barbara and Adam Maitland are getting their own POP! vinyl toys this year, part of Funko’s Beetlejuice collection. The toys depict them at their most wonderfully monstrous.
The latest Universal Monsters toys from Funko include The Invisible Man and Frankenstein’s Monster, both of which are Walgreens Exclusives. And Frankenstein glows-in-the-dark!
And then there are two new toys of Stephen King, a BAM! Exclusive that includes his dog Molly (aka the Thing of Evil) and an FYE Exclusive with a familiar-looking red balloon.
Additionally, Pennywise is joining Funko’s “Vinyl Soda” line.
You can preview all of these new reveals down below.

‘Scary Movie’ Official Popcorn Bucket Is Shaped Like a Retro ’90s Telephone
The official social media accounts for Scary Movie had recently teased a bong-shaped popcorn bucket, but unfortunately it seems that was just a gag. The actual official Scary Movie popcorn bucket has been revealed by Discussing Film this afternoon, and it’s a bit more practical.
The actual Scary Movie popcorn bucket you’ll be able to get in theaters is shaped like an old school phone, as seen in Wes Craven’s Scream as well as the original Scary Movie in 2000.
The Scary Movie Phone Popcorn Bucket glows in the dark, and it’s emblazoned with “WAZZUP!” on the side, a reference to a memorable moment from the 2000 movie.
A phone number has been set up as part of the movie’s marketing campaign this week, allowing you to call Marlon Wayans’ Shorty for a fun spoof of the retro Moviefone experience.
Call Shorty now at: (855) WAZ-ZZUP
Hitting theaters June 5, 2026, Scary Movie has been Rated ‘R’ for “crude sexual content, graphic nudity, strong violence, and drug content and language throughout.”
Marlon Wayans (“Shorty”), Shawn Wayans (“Ray”), Anna Faris (“Cindy”), and Regina Hall (“Brenda”) reunite for the new Scary Movie, with the cast also including Dave Sheridan, Lochlyn Munro, Cheri Oteri, Chris Elliott, Jon Abrahams, Damon Wayans Jr., Gregg Wayans, Kim Wayans, Benny Zielke, Cameron Scott Roberts, Heidi Gardner, Olivia Rose Keegan, Ruby Snowber, Savannah Lee Nassif, Sydney Park, and Felissa Rose.
Twenty-six years after outrunning a suspiciously familiar masked killer (“Ghostface”), the Core Four are back in the killer’s crosshairs and no horror movie IP is safe…
Scary Movie will slash through reboots, remakes, requels, prequels, sequels, spin-offs, elevated horror, origin stories, anything with the word legacy in it, and every “final chapter” that absolutely isn’t. A whole lot has changed in the horror genre since the Wayans Brothers were in charge of the franchise; their involvement ended with Scary Movie 2 back in 2001!
Michael Tiddes (A Haunted House) directs Scary Movie 6 from a script written by Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans, original Scary Movie director Keenen Ivory Wayans, Craig Wayans (Scary Movie 2), and Rick Alvarez (A Haunted House).
