Dennis Nedry from ‘Jurassic Park’ Gets His Own “Amber Collection” Action Figure With Barbasol Can
Wayne Knight’s Dennis Nedry makes his way into the “Amber Collection” line of Jurassic Park action figures with a brand new 6″ figure this summer, now available for pre-order.
The “Amber Collection” spans the Jurassic film franchise and features highly collectible and extremely posable action figures with authentic decoration and deluxe detail.
Inspired by a scene from the original Jurassic Park film, this fan favorite figure of villain Dennis Nedry is approximately 6-inches tall and captures the scene when he flees and encounters the spitting Dilophosaurus. The figure also includes film-inspired accessories including the Barbasol can with dinosaur DNA vials (two pieces), an extra pair of swappable hands allowing him to hold the can, and an extra swappable head to show Dilophosaurus poison spray on his face. It also comes with a display stand for the figure. It’s set for release in July 2020.
Additionally, Dennis Nedry’s nemesis the Dilophosaurus is also joining the “Amber Collection” this July as well. Based on the very same scene, the figure also measures 6″ tall.

The official social media accounts for Scary Movie had recently teased a bong-shaped popcorn bucket, but unfortunately it seems that was just a gag. The actual official Scary Movie popcorn bucket has been revealed by Discussing Film this afternoon, and it’s a bit more practical.
The actual Scary Movie popcorn bucket you’ll be able to get in theaters is shaped like an old school phone, as seen in Wes Craven’s Scream as well as the original Scary Movie in 2000.
The Scary Movie Phone Popcorn Bucket glows in the dark, and it’s emblazoned with “WAZZUP!” on the side, a reference to a memorable moment from the 2000 movie.
A phone number has been set up as part of the movie’s marketing campaign this week, allowing you to call Marlon Wayans’ Shorty for a fun spoof of the retro Moviefone experience.
