Reebok Heads to ‘Jurassic Park’ With Upcoming Pair of Movie-Themed Sneakers!
Announced this week, Reebok has whipped up a pair of sneakers based on Steven Spielberg’s Jurassic Park, the kicks inspired by the iconic vehicles seen in the classic movie!
The Jurassic Park x Reebok Instapump Fury sneakers were designed by Steven Smith, and according to House of Heat they’ll be going up for grabs this Summer.
On an unspecified date, the sneakers will be selling for $180 through Reebok’s website.
Like the aforementioned Jurassic Park movie vehicles, the sneakers are primarily red, green, yellow and black, with details including the film’s iconic logo on the Pump-tech tongue.
One of the coolest little touches is found on the underside of the shoe, made to look like the vehicle has been torn into by an angry dinosaur. Find the full image gallery below!
The official social media accounts for Scary Movie had recently teased a bong-shaped popcorn bucket, but unfortunately it seems that was just a gag. The actual official Scary Movie popcorn bucket has been revealed by Discussing Film this afternoon, and it’s a bit more practical.
The actual Scary Movie popcorn bucket you’ll be able to get in theaters is shaped like an old school phone, as seen in Wes Craven’s Scream as well as the original Scary Movie in 2000.
The Scary Movie Phone Popcorn Bucket glows in the dark, and it’s emblazoned with “WAZZUP!” on the side, a reference to a memorable moment from the 2000 movie.
A phone number has been set up as part of the movie’s marketing campaign this week, allowing you to call Marlon Wayans’ Shorty for a fun spoof of the retro Moviefone experience.
