NECA’s Next ‘TMNT’ x Universal Monsters Mashup Toy Turns Raphael into the Wolf Man

NECA has been turning the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles into classic Universal Monsters for a mashup toy line, and the latest figure in the line has been revealed this week.

Shown off with an official image gallery (below), the next release in NECA’s Universal Monsters x Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure line is Raphael as the Wolf Man!

NECA previews, “This continuing line pays tribute to the world’s most famous turtles and Universal’s icons of horror. This 7” scale action figure reimagines Raphael as the tragically doomed Wolf Man, and he’s packed with accessories. This fully articulated figure includes two sais that fit into his belt (one of which is styled after the movie’s wolf head cane), two interchangeable heads, swappable hands, and animal trap. Comes in collector-friendly window box packaging with opening flap featuring an all-new illustration by Daniel Horne.”

The figure is now shipping to select retailers, with a wide release coming soon.

NECA’s line also includes Leonardo as Creature from the Black Lagoon, Raphael as Frankenstein, Leonardo as Ygor, Michelangelo as The Mummy, April as Bride of Frankenstein, Splinter as Van Helsing, Donatello as The Invisible Man, and Casey Jones as The Phantom.

Limited Edition ‘Creature from the Black Lagoon’ Monster High Doll Releasing This Week!

On Friday, April 26th at 9am PT, Mattel Creations, Mattel’s e-commerce and content platform for creators, collaborations, and innovators, will be releasing the newest Monster High Skullector doll, Creature From the Black Lagoon!

In partnership with Universal Products & Experiences, Monster High is reimagining the iconic creature who lies in the mysterious depths of the Amazon just in time for the 70th anniversary of the classic film. The prehistoric amphibious humanoid dazzles in Monster High fashion with glimmering green gills, shimmering scales, and killer harpoon heels.

The Creature from the Black Lagoon Monster High doll features…

  • 10.5 inches tall with 11 points of articulation
  • New face sculpt (made specifically for this doll) on original scaly body with fin and gill details
  • Wears a scaly swimsuit with pearlescent amphibious body armor
  • Accessorized with anchor-accented fin headpiece and webbed harpoon heel boots
  • Includes custom lagoon-inspired doll stand and premium packaging
