NECA’s ‘American Werewolf’ Two-Pack Is One of the Coolest Horror Toy Releases in Years
NECA celebrates the horror classic An American Werewolf in London with an upcoming action figure two pack that brings both David and Jack into your toy collection this year.
Coolest of all? Various alternate heads will allow you to recreate several different looks for both characters, including two different versions of the undead Jack’s gruesome visage!
NECA previews the An American Werewolf in London – 7” Scale Action Figures – Jack and David 2 Pack, “This long-awaited action figure 2-pack features David and Jack as they fatefully wander the moors before being attacked by a vicious werewolf. Both figures are fully poseable and stand in NECA’s 7-inch scale.
“David includes an interchangeable “nightmare” expression, and Jack includes swappable coat, arms, and multiple expressions to recreate the various stages of decay seen throughout the film. The duo comes in a collector-friendly window box with opening flap for display.”

The official social media accounts for Scary Movie had recently teased a bong-shaped popcorn bucket, but unfortunately it seems that was just a gag. The actual official Scary Movie popcorn bucket has been revealed by Discussing Film this afternoon, and it’s a bit more practical.
The actual Scary Movie popcorn bucket you’ll be able to get in theaters is shaped like an old school phone, as seen in Wes Craven’s Scream as well as the original Scary Movie in 2000.
The Scary Movie Phone Popcorn Bucket glows in the dark, and it’s emblazoned with “WAZZUP!” on the side, a reference to a memorable moment from the 2000 movie.
A phone number has been set up as part of the movie’s marketing campaign this week, allowing you to call Marlon Wayans’ Shorty for a fun spoof of the retro Moviefone experience.
