The annual San Diego Comic-Con kicks off tonight, and our friends over at Trick or Treat Studios will be displaying a handful of upcoming products on the convention floor.

Those products have also gone up for pre-order over on the company’s official website tonight, and Bloody Disgusting has an exclusive preview of the full SDCC 2024 launch lineup!

In addition to previously revealed action figures including their Texas Chain Saw Massacre and Goosebumps collections, Trick or Treat Studios has also put up for grabs a handful of replica Mogwais from Gremlins 2: The New Batch – including Gizmo, Mohawk, Lenny, George, and Daffy – a 1:6 scale figure of the iconic Billy puppet from the Saw franchise measuring 7″ tall, and a lineup of action figures based on Tony Scott’s 1993 movie True Romance.

Additionally, the Terrifier franchise’s slasher maniac Art the Clown gets his own mini bust ornament, with a blood-covered variant of the ornament being sold exclusively by Diamond.

Head over to Trick or Treat’s website to pre-order the SDCC launch products now!

And if you’re in San Diego this week, make sure to stop by and check out their booth.

‘Scary Movie’ Official Popcorn Bucket Is Shaped Like a Retro ’90s Telephone

Published

The official social media accounts for Scary Movie had recently teased a bong-shaped popcorn bucket, but unfortunately it seems that was just a gag. The actual official Scary Movie popcorn bucket has been revealed by Discussing Film this afternoon, and it’s a bit more practical.

The actual Scary Movie popcorn bucket you’ll be able to get in theaters is shaped like an old school phone, as seen in Wes Craven’s Scream as well as the original Scary Movie in 2000.

The Scary Movie Phone Popcorn Bucket glows in the dark, and it’s emblazoned with “WAZZUP!” on the side, a reference to a memorable moment from the 2000 movie.

A phone number has been set up as part of the movie’s marketing campaign this week, allowing you to call Marlon Wayans’ Shorty for a fun spoof of the retro Moviefone experience.

Call Shorty now at: (855) WAZ-ZZUP

Hitting theaters June 5, 2026Scary Movie has been Rated ‘R’ for “crude sexual content, graphic nudity, strong violence, and drug content and language throughout.”

Marlon Wayans (“Shorty”), Shawn Wayans (“Ray”), Anna Faris (“Cindy”), and Regina Hall (“Brenda”) reunite for the new Scary Movie, with the cast also including Dave Sheridan, Lochlyn Munro, Cheri Oteri, Chris Elliott, Jon Abrahams, Damon Wayans Jr., Gregg Wayans, Kim Wayans, Benny Zielke, Cameron Scott Roberts, Heidi Gardner, Olivia Rose Keegan, Ruby Snowber, Savannah Lee Nassif, Sydney Park, and Felissa Rose.

Twenty-six years after outrunning a suspiciously familiar masked killer (“Ghostface”), the Core Four are back in the killer’s crosshairs and no horror movie IP is safe…

Scary Movie will slash through reboots, remakes, requels, prequels, sequels, spin-offs, elevated horror, origin stories, anything with the word legacy in it, and every “final chapter” that absolutely isn’t. A whole lot has changed in the horror genre since the Wayans Brothers were in charge of the franchise; their involvement ended with Scary Movie 2 back in 2001!

Michael Tiddes (A Haunted House) directs Scary Movie 6 from a script written by Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans, original Scary Movie director Keenen Ivory WayansCraig Wayans (Scary Movie 2), and Rick Alvarez (A Haunted House).
