Demogorgon Popcorn Bucket & 150 More New ‘Stranger Things’ Items Are Coming to Target
Target will carry more than 150 new “Stranger Things” items in select stores and online starting this Sunday, October 5, along with an immersive in-store displays.
Gear up for the fifth and final season with apparel, collectibles, food and beverages, home products, toys, and more, over half of which are exclusive to Target.
The highlight of the collection is the Demogorgon popcorn bucket, but there’s also offerings from brands like Funko, Mattel, Gatorade, Squishmallows, and more.
On October 12, the marketing campaign will feature a meticulously recreated 1987 Target set in Hawkins, Indiana that blurs the line between nostalgia and storytelling.
“The fifth and final season of ‘Stranger Things’ is more than an ending. It’s a cultural moment, and Target is proud to be the place where fans can celebrate together,” said Cassandra Jones, senior vice president of merchandising for fun101, Target.
“With our long history of trendy collaborations, this partnership with Netflix is a thrilling way to continue that legacy — offering exclusive watch party must-haves and holiday gifts and engaging experiences that bring Hawkins into everyday life. We’re turning the finale into a fan experience as unforgettable as the show itself.”
“Target shares in our creative spirit and promise to bring fans something fresh and engaging with this spectacular collection of ‘Stranger Things 5’ must-haves,” added Tanya Isler, head of consumer products for the US and Canada, Netflix.
“Together, we’re bringing fans an unforgettable shopping experience filled with authentic products and surprises that transport them to Hawkins and the Upside Down -– everything they need to celebrate the epic series’ finale.”
“Stranger Things” concludes on Netflix in three parts: four episodes on November 26, three episodes on December 25, and the series finale on December 31.

‘Scary Movie’ Official Popcorn Bucket Is Shaped Like a Retro ’90s Telephone
The official social media accounts for Scary Movie had recently teased a bong-shaped popcorn bucket, but unfortunately it seems that was just a gag. The actual official Scary Movie popcorn bucket has been revealed by Discussing Film this afternoon, and it’s a bit more practical.
The actual Scary Movie popcorn bucket you’ll be able to get in theaters is shaped like an old school phone, as seen in Wes Craven’s Scream as well as the original Scary Movie in 2000.
The Scary Movie Phone Popcorn Bucket glows in the dark, and it’s emblazoned with “WAZZUP!” on the side, a reference to a memorable moment from the 2000 movie.
A phone number has been set up as part of the movie’s marketing campaign this week, allowing you to call Marlon Wayans’ Shorty for a fun spoof of the retro Moviefone experience.
Call Shorty now at: (855) WAZ-ZZUP
Hitting theaters June 5, 2026, Scary Movie has been Rated ‘R’ for “crude sexual content, graphic nudity, strong violence, and drug content and language throughout.”
Marlon Wayans (“Shorty”), Shawn Wayans (“Ray”), Anna Faris (“Cindy”), and Regina Hall (“Brenda”) reunite for the new Scary Movie, with the cast also including Dave Sheridan, Lochlyn Munro, Cheri Oteri, Chris Elliott, Jon Abrahams, Damon Wayans Jr., Gregg Wayans, Kim Wayans, Benny Zielke, Cameron Scott Roberts, Heidi Gardner, Olivia Rose Keegan, Ruby Snowber, Savannah Lee Nassif, Sydney Park, and Felissa Rose.
Twenty-six years after outrunning a suspiciously familiar masked killer (“Ghostface”), the Core Four are back in the killer’s crosshairs and no horror movie IP is safe…
Scary Movie will slash through reboots, remakes, requels, prequels, sequels, spin-offs, elevated horror, origin stories, anything with the word legacy in it, and every “final chapter” that absolutely isn’t. A whole lot has changed in the horror genre since the Wayans Brothers were in charge of the franchise; their involvement ended with Scary Movie 2 back in 2001!
Michael Tiddes (A Haunted House) directs Scary Movie 6 from a script written by Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans, original Scary Movie director Keenen Ivory Wayans, Craig Wayans (Scary Movie 2), and Rick Alvarez (A Haunted House).
