Remember in the “American Horror Story” season “Freak Show” how Sarah Paulson played a woman with two completely independent and self-aware heads? Well, “Roanoke” is going to have another double dose of Paulson as her character from the second season, “Asylum”, is going to be making an appearance on this season!

Show creator Ryan Murphy tweeted out the message, “Sarah Paulson’s ASYLUM ultimate survivor LANA WINTERS returns this season on “AHS: ROANOKE.” Happy Halloween!”
There are only three episodes of this season left and Murphy didn’t clarify exactly when we’d be seeing her but this is an exciting development for many who feel that Winters was Paulson’s best character so far.
Brad has been watching the show rather religiously since this season began and was fully on board with the mid-season twist. However, the very next week he hailed it as one of the worst episodes the show has seen. Looking online, it’s easy to see that this is a polarizing season, with just as many loving it as there are becoming disenfranchised. Let’s see if this plot line brings everyone on the side of Murphy and Co.!
