Of all the weird places to learn about a fan theory, Netflix isn’t one that I would’ve ever assumed would offer one up. That being said, I’m sure they’re going to get a load of streams from pushing out crazy ideas because people are going to want to see this information for themselves, so…
Anyways, the site has released a video where they explore the theory that AMC’s “Breaking Bad” was actually a prequel of sorts to the zombie drama “The Walking Dead“. They bring up four key points, one of which is the appearance of a bag of “blue sky” in Merle’s drug stash (and which is probably the most convincing). The other three points are definitely stretches, although they present them in a way that could easily fuel speculation.
