I would love some aspect of life to not be infiltrated by Trump and politics. I need a break…real talk.

Oh…and the season is going to be garbage. Sara Paulsons character is obnoxious and the clowns are stupid and shoe horned in. I give it one, maybe two more episodes before I tap out.

In reply to Bloodspatta. Same! I'm guessing by the mentions of trigger warnings, etc and how Kai is clearly very far right that she's supposed to be a caricature of the over-sensitive SJW and if that's it, she really plays it well.

Caught the premier. Sara Paulsons character is already doing my head in.

This season is off to a great start, I am glad they are going with the extremes and in a parody form. I can see how this is going to upset a lot of people with the absurdity of it all but man its great so far.

I hope the rest of the season can keep this over the top theme going cause this show works its best when its at 11.

I’m not a big “American Horror Story” fan – I’ve only watched “Murder House” and “Asylum” in their entirety – but I checked out the premiere last night because I wanted to see how they handled such a topical theme. It was very broad and kinda boring. I did enjoy the multiple uses of dolly zoom shots, though.

I was really impressed with the first episode! That being said I seriously hope they keep it up. I’m not going to hold my breath.
