Over the weekend, the “Attack on Titan” anime’s third season was announced, revealed Kotaku. It begins broadcasting in Japan starting July 2018, add the site, who also notes that Studio Wit will once again be handling the animation duties.
In the show, “After his hometown is destroyed and his mother is killed, young Eren Jaegar vows to cleanse the earth of the giant humanoid Titans that have brought humanity to the brink of extinction.”
After a nearly three-year-long wait, Season 2 is out now streaming through FUNmation.
