Garret Dillahunt Joins the Cast of “Fear the Walking Dead”

Not all that long ago, actor Garret Dillahunt (The Last House on the Left) was campaigning for the role of Negan on “The Walking Dead.” Of course, that role eventually went to Jeffrey Dean Morgan, but in an interesting twist of fate, Dillahunt has just been cast in the companion series!

Via Tracking Board today, Dillahunt has joined “The Walking Dead” universe as a new series regular on “Fear the Walking Dead.

No word yet on his role, but Dillahunt will arrive in the forthcoming Season 4.

“Fear the Walking Dead” stars Kim Dickens as Madison, Frank Dillane as Nick, Alycia Debnam-Carey as Alicia, Mercedes Mason as Ofelia, Colman Domingo as Strand, Daniel Sharman as Troy, Sam Underwood as Jake, Michael Greyeyes as Walker, and Rubén Blades as Daniel.

The #2 drama on cable and #4 cable series overall, “Fear the Walking Dead” is executive produced by Dave Erickson, Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, Greg Nicotero, and David Alpert and produced by AMC Studios.
